Every 1st and 3rd Saturday (starting April 4th), The Jackson Clinics in Old Town Alexandria will kick off their run club event. Dr. Quentin Smith will share the benefits of dry needling, and I will be there as a Certified Running Coach, with all the latest races coming up in Old Town and an easy program to get anyone started who wants to run!
